i think it's better cut loss and wait for price below again then we buy back, so there will be transaction in btc, and i think the price will not be this bad. if many people only hold btc so market circulation will decrease
You cant cut your loss if you sell it and buy again. Just stay in holding, you just only contribute price fall down. And you only do some people to make suffer for not holding your coins. You only think only for you self not for the good of the coins.
