Ukyo is with me now, he is saying for instructions on how to verify click where it says "not verified", or click on "profile" and then "identification" to upload the needed documents to process an AUD withdraw.
My status is "verified" - I have uploaded ID previously and it says:"You currently have 115 of 100 minimal points to gain Verified status."
But then when I go to withdraw AUD it says "No verified AUD bank accounts." even though there is a bank account registered and I am verified (and have deposited from that bank account).
Is there any point putting in a support ticket - or will it be ignored like all the BTC related ones?
