CITADEL Team,
I thought I'd give the bitshares platform my first try using your interface, and I'm not seeing my CITADEL.MONERO balance.  It's a transaction which shows completed in my fully-synced XMR GUI desktop wallet (version 0.12.0.0) as of an hour or two ago.  I'm new to bitshares, but a long-time Monero user, so I may have messed something up on the CITADEL/Bitshares end.  I did download the Citadel client, but thought the web interface looked more straightforward.  I logged into the https://citadel.li/wallet/ website using a bitshares account I created earlier today (not a Citadel-created account).  I established the non-TOR bridge to Citadel, and sent a relatively small amount of XMR to the deposit (beta) address (I was well above the minimum recommended).  I've logged into the Citadel desktop client (Linux), back into the web wallet, and the citadel.monero token does not show up at all.  Here is the transaction on the monero blockchain: https://moneroblocks.info/search/dc66b72c38b47594bb5562386535e8369c434464b083e488e798f08383f1a0bf

My bitshares username is cv2514.  That's the account/wallet I transferred the XMR to.  I don't have any BTS or any other assets in the account.  I did create another bitshares account, using your client while I was trying to figure things out (cv2514cit), but that is not the account I transferred the XMR to, as I was trying to just use the one account I created earlier.  Any help you can provide would be most welcome, and would probably help others since your project is just getting started.  I'm happy to provide further details if you need them.

I cannot recommend using CITADEL. I've tried reaching out on this forum, r/monero, r/xmrtrader, and steemit.com about my attempt to get XMR on the bitshares exchange using citadel. There's been zero response from anyone connected to the project after 10 days.  I'm very disappointed, and it's soured my outlook on the bitshares platform, which I was looking forward to using.  If users have to trust the Gateways (like CITADEL) as much as they have to trust centralized exchanges, then what's the point??
