I had a advertise in Marketplace about selling the coupons. And one guy PM me and tell me that he gonna buy all, but I'm a Newbie and I have to send coupons first. So I send a coupon, he sad thank you and never send me a payment. What I can do?

Hey sorry that happened to you, scammers will commonly try any means such, as pressure or belittling to get you into the trap.
Save all your PM's, I did find your AD in the auctions section and it looks like they didn't even comment there just PM'd you. So you will want to open a
Scam Accusation against the user.
Usually a DT member will then tag them with Negative trust, unfortunately no one can guarantee you will receive your payment. You will also need to prove you sent them the coupon, not sure how that can be seen via Bitmains website.
