You have to wait for the block to be mined before you view it. Telling you in advance which block we will use along with the ticket list is what makes it provably fair.
Same error could be seen when clicking the link to a payment of 0.3 BTC from the "LAST 10 PAYMENTS SENT" block in the STATS menu of the website 
This means that we have created the raw Tx but not yet broadcast it to the network. That usually happens when there is a long gap between blocks and we need other Txs to confirm to return the change used in later Txs.
I don't think there's any rule about selling or giving away an account but having more than one account is not allowed.
Having more than one account isn't allowed? Really? I remember when interest feature was launched, I wanted to create another account where I would just keep BTC to get interest. I asked wetsuit, can I make another account. He answered that I can make second account, but it's only allowed to use one account to claim from faucet.I was answering in the context of being asked if it was OK to farm accounts.
