Your best bet is to create a new wallet and send all your coins there. Remember you need to consider any PC's or smartphones you used to be compromised now. Don't create the wallet on them.  Use a different PC, maybe your one of the office to create a new MEW address.  Save the private key on a flash drive and send the tokens over to the new wallet.

I would suggest you format your PC and change all passwords. A paid antivirus might also be a good idea. If you have anything else in an exodus wallet or anything then you should move all that to a new wallet as well.
