Hey dev, what's the RPC port for Highland?

Edit: I've done a port scan of my PC and I couldn't find the RPC port. I've specified the following in my Highland.conf

listen=1
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
rpcport=8332

But it doesn't work!
