try adding a .conf file to the wallet.

1. locate your cypher directory depending on your system

Windows XP                C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Cypher\cypher.conf
Windows Vista, 7, 10   C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Cypher
Linux                          /home//.cypher/cypher.conf
Mac OSX                     /Users//Library/Application Support/Cypher/cypher.conf

if it isnt there create a document in that location called cypher.conf

2. open in a text editor and enter the following:

addnode=178.62.28.182
addnode=5.189.152.63
addnode=174.113.76.81
addnode=66.110.245.44
addnode=66.110.245.44
addnode=147.135.130.119
addnode=99.46.112.99
addnode=77.81.120.243
addnode=5.69.39.178

addnode=5.69.39.178


nothing else is needed just those lines.
Save and re-open the wallet and you should connect and sync within a minute or two.
