The company Boscombe Pierlytics is a "ready-made business" set up by http://www.profispolecnosti.cz/en/. They even use their "Virtual Office" service (http://www.profispolecnosti.cz/en/services/virtual-office), headquarters address match one of the offered.
The only thing I'd be afraid of is, whether Zdeněk Skupeň is really behind this scam or someone abused his ID card and set up a company using his identity. Nothing uncommon here in Czech Republic
