Same for me with BTC,
Transaction is completed then the funds are sent elsewhere,
BTC not credited to my account, almost 3 days now.
I know of 6 differents people thus far who have the exact same problem
If only they would reply to our emails, I started this topic in the hope of finding someone who had this issue fixed.. no luck
I guess now I have to write off the christmas gift I was going get for myself
