I see cryptopia, coinexchange.io and yobit growing BENJI steady.
Exchanges mean nothing when development stopped. I can sell rotten carrots on the market, but it doesn't make them edible.
Many altcoins "Development" have stopped, many do not even have a "Dev" or "Project Lead", many were even community created yet their price continues to rise, your "Development" point is moot
