Awesome! You are right, that spreadsheet is very difficult to understand at least for me.
One thing: Beside order 3 it says "now its KNC's turn" even though it hasnt been paid yet. I'm guessing its just a mistake, you might want to fix it to clear up confusion

I'll update & implement with some new feature the spreadsheet (we'll use own-web-services later!) as soon as I find some lull to do it, sorry!about "KnC turn": it's right! ..we can pay for order #3 and even for order #4 in any moment, so don't worry!
