Greetings to all, today I saw the news that Putin opened a bridge to an  Crimea.

 I want to hear your opinion on this moment. I'm Ukrainian, I will not tell you my opinion. I'm just interested in the opinion of citizens of countries that signed the Budapest Treaty - the United States, Great Britain , Russia (I do not really hope for understanding).
