Tax gets misused many times like funding NASA "planet mars mission". There are more meteorite hits on Mars than on Earth but they are spending tax payers multi-million dollars on Mars missions. Wasteful government expenditure of the governments must be cancelled by the taxpayers.
A fact that we can never rule out in most countries. If we are really to bank on taxes, a lot of people would have been enjoying all over the world more than they do today, but the fact remains that a lot of times, these tax money is used for even things that are inappropriate and irrelevant and at the end, they just give us some show off. Nevertheless, if we are to look at those reasons to pay tax, I definitely will not, but since I regard the law, I guess that is just the main reason.
