Clones and forks...  if one word makes you feel better than the other, then you don't understand how related all alt coins are.

I am not going to argue with you, as there clearly is no point. You are going to believe whatever you want to believe.

What I will address is that no one is hiding a pre-mine; the pre-mine of the 10.5 million Seci dev fund is openly declared in the first post, in the litepaper, and in the blackpaper. It has never been hidden, and the role of the dev. fund has been clearly stated as well.  If any project is going to survive long term, it will require funding, and all coin projects only have one source of funding. At 7% our pre-mine is pretty middle of the road. Many are much higher, and Many are much lower.

I felt it was reasonable amount to ensure that the project had a sustainable funding model. If you disagree, I am sorry to hear that; we just just have to agree to disagree.

I selected Straks as base to fork, because it was the best base to use to build on to implement the features we wanted to add, mainly our block chain services. It already had masternodes, and an update bitcoin core version.

That is the entire point of open source projects; You don't have re-invent the wheel and start from scratch when you want to build something. There is code from at least 6 projects that I can count in our current code base, and likely a lot more than that, as those 6 "cloned" from somewhere else. If that bothers you, I suggest you stick to closed source projects.

SECI's initial release has two jobs: To increase total supply and distribute SECI to network participants.

Those two roles take time, and are necessary for our future releases to work properly. Our blockchain services relies Seci-nodes and people with populated wallets that can take part in child chain staking. So seci was released in this most basic form; which is a "clone of Straks" without all the Signatum swap baggage to build the network, get coins into wallets, and get nodes online.

I have no idea why you think we are running a Scam, We are not asking you or anyone else for anything. If you don't like our project, I am sorry to hear that, I hope you will continue to follow our progress. If you do, we invite you to mine some coins, Join our Discord, and take part in the project with us.

All that said, Thank you for your feedback and have a nice day.
