I know a couple of projects that collected money for ICO, then for a long time, they developed their own platform, and only after six months they listed the tokens to investors. Sometimes the way from investing money to getting tokens is quite long.
But maybe you fell into the hands of scammers and you have been fooled. Specify which project, then you will get a more accurate answer to your question.
