I see that cited feedback but I suppose it is clearly an abuse of power to prevent me from scamming someone you should have at least leave a neutral feedback not a red one like what you do on my wall KWH oh how I remember those times.

A red feedback is like saying I'm going to scam someone :-D however if it is truly necessary I wouldn't argue anymore.
