Oddly enough Brainwallet TX seems to be failing whereas electrum didn't find any issues with verification
It's because you have used a bech32 SegWit address to sign the message. Apparently there isn't an "agreed" method for using bech32 addresses to sign messages. I believe that the Electrum dev(s) have put out a proposal for the method they're currently using... but as far as I'm aware, no one else is using it. So, it'll work for Electrum, but nothing else.
