You mean investing into altcoin while still in the ICO stage? ell, there are now many sites that you can access providing advanced notice and news on the coming ICOs...so it is just a matter of searching for them and vetting which can be good for you by reading advanced press releases and reviews by competent people considered to be authorities in the world of cryptocurrencies. However, am always advising anybody here to be always careful as there is no guarantee that you can be making money...the bottom line is that based on my own experience everything can be hit and miss and just wish for some luck. Just any industry near its inception things are still cloudy and chaotic...the same thing here in cryptocurrency much more with new altcoins but as they gold is mined from the same process.
