Yes it's normal not to get a response within 5h after sending the message, I have a family, job and mining operation to take care of. My personal life has been somewhat on hold since I started to investigate the Labcoin fraud, but I'm planning to reclaim that and my stolen Bitcoins when this is over
Sometimes it can take 1-2 days, but I try to response to all messages within a day.
