Well, if you see the world in a such a polarised way it does get confusing - did you read the posts?
Danny is the CEO of Neo.
Danny is working in his own time to resolve the situation, he is doing it in his own time rather than expending staff time on it.
For legal reasons (ie basic confidentiality) he cannot spread details far and wide on an internet forum.
He is doing it to show that not everyone in crypto start ups is a scam artist.
Its that simple.
