In my opinion, ICO will end because very many scam, in the future people will be tired of investing in ICO because they are losing money much more than profit.
No its not this scams will be soon sorted out because of SEC regulations and ICO's will be more likely to be more require legal papers so the investors too will havev a hard time to submit to be able to invest. This ideas is non stop almost every projects claims and wants to be best among the rest.
