It's more like, when Babb takes off, anyone in world can open a bank account(UK, Bahrain or Lithuanian). Maybe for the "modern world" (USA, EU etc.), its not that essential, although I think many would like this too, but for the 3rd world countries this opportunity will be more than welcomed.
