What was the shipping cost and duties?

I chose DHL, it was $99 for shipping. Not sure what duties will be, probably 10%, Im in Canada.

These coupons are un-stackable so you paid for 2 X shipping?

I ordered two, it allowed me to apply both coupons. $99 was for combined shipping.
