you can do that, of course. but I set up SMOS that way so I can monitor it from web, use clocks from web and everything else like tdxminer is integrated in SMOS. is it worth or not, it's up to you.

I am happy with my non-integrated HiveOS miner. It runs rock solid so I don't need any web monitoring. I can see hashrates on the pools and there they are more accurate anyway.
But good job on the integration. Btw won't every update of SMOS break it?
