You are basically teaching out the fastest way for an another creator or owner of another shit coins in the market. lol.
Going back into the topic blockchain developer would really need have the skills of programming,developing,coding and other related area which can really be found on CS courses just like been mentioned above.I dont see any institutions that do offer such course but rather you can train up yourself via online course there are lots of doesnt mean you would able to learn up also in a shorter frame.It would really takes time.
