The way is easy enough. The first time you do that you are looking for the first ICO project you want to follow. Then you research the project is feasible or not you follow and roughly the project will be successful or not. Then you can read the rules on the project you want to follow as the minimum rank it should be what, then you see the allocation, then the rules bounty it like and after having seen it all. Later in the thread, there must be a way to register it where because there are several ways of registration that you must understand.
