People are now desperate to get merits, I was wondering how merits are calculated, despite the fact that told by posting good contents but how it was calculated? By this manner spammers can be reduced.
It actually depends on you, if the post is very useful for you then you can give a multiple merit, and yes we can easily find accounts who cheats the merit system.When people walk blind they often get hurt, lets help each other not being hurt. 
They shoud not be tolerated. I understand now the perspective of the admins here. It's very unfair for those people who puts a lot of hardwork just to post a useful content to get a merit.
