Look at the picture, that is usual scenario when there is a job hiring. There are always filtration to the employees specially to those who are more familiar to the checker and interviewer. Yes, I know that applying for a job is really difficult and I called it as a survival of the fittest but look what happens to the jobseekers when they fail, they are just losing their time and effort from nothing.
Its hard to find a job specially if the luck is unyours.
But i also believe in saying that if the job's is for you then it's for you, we have the reasons why we are in that place or job... For me when im failed to the job i applied i consider it as challenge for me to keep on going and to keep learning, and thinking that the job is not for me and there's a lot of job out there waiting for me...

This is what I'm talking about, not the first applicants only was the eligible to be hired only but the skilled and the required worker that fits on the job. As an applicant we are also player who must take in the risk and advantages and disadvantages of the other applicants or player of the job. As an employer too we must also see the advantages of the applicants and not the attentiveness of it, like on the government they used to be attentive on entering in the morning and when they tap up the time in card they became slowly and slowly working. Were skilled base and hard worker not the attentiveness only.
Many people are shy in person and have the difficulty to express their views, but are extremely knowledgeable and have a
clear sense of explanation. Not having to interact in person makes them write and express their answers better in their convenient way.
How about this kind of cenario, Is there a chance to be hired.
