I think that if you really want a 'trustable opinion' you should do your own research. You can  check websites like coinschedule, ico alert etc, choose dozens of upcoming ICO, go to their websites, read ANN threads here, study whitepaper, discover the idea and vision, look at competitive project, learn about team that stands behind....and then...and only after that you can make your OWN opinion to invest your OWN money.

This is my point of view, I only invest in projects that I've studied by myself and projects that I believe in.
