I considered this coin at the beginning of the year to be the most promising, but now there is no technical progress and there is no certainty that the developers are implementing their product

Yesterday the released mobile wallet, few days ago we have seen this news:
"On May 28th, the Korea Customs Service hosted an MOU ceremony with eight other organizations including Nomad Connection, Matrix2b, CJ Korea Express, and Lotte Global Logistics. The Blockchain based Customs Clearance Platform will be utilizing loopchain, the underlying blockchain technology used by ICON and several other companies and consortiums in South Korea."
They are obviously doing something
Don't know how much money will they actually make for their investors because it seems that they are very shy with blockbuster announcement like other coins so it all seems kind of slow.
Nothing that actually worth something cannot be made overnight.
