I'm in the same boat. Part of business club and got my paypal of 10 years limited today as well. 
I didn't receive an email or any message regarding the limit so I'm not sure which transaction caused it.

I think it's the returns, in one of them I was claiming that I promised a higher download speed than I had. I asked for explanations for this message and Alex does not pronounce. Today they have investigated a payment and have automatically closed the account
