Ripple has a very large market  cap currently but seems to be quite stable/"stack" around 0.6 usd. I don't think there would be quick rise too soon, but in the next year or two it could definitely cross 5 usd. If you don't have patience enough I suggest that you study the current graph and sell quickly when the price rise, then you buy back more Ripple when the prices fall.
