I'm always long term in investments not only to bitcoin but to altcoins as well. If you are into short term to altcoins, you'll probably end up in good profit if you are staying tune and watching the market all of the time.

But if you just buy an altcoin and you are into short term, choose those coins that has good volume. You may be attracted to low capped coin but that's a risky, actually everything has a risk.

There's no appropriate number on how long is the proper time to invest just make sure that:

• You have capital.
• You did research before investing.
