Most are probably scams. Dont even have a meaningful project.
Some ico failed for the reason that their projects is not known of people thats why they rarely buy their token,so they didn't reach the soft cap and the hard cap at beacause of that their projects needs to stop and fail but not all ico failed,theres some ico succeeded their projects.
