Every time I try to use the treasure chest it says "not eligible this time". The site does not give any explanation of eligibility.
I'll be sure to remind to add some sort of a help section as to why one isn't eligible. To be eligible you need to deposit / wager in the past 30 days.
This was mentioned here sometime ago and normally if you play in the site this would be common knowledge but it seems many are missing out or not aware of how it works.

Even this the feature about rain and who's eligible people don't seem to know, Boxxob if it's possible make a quick start guide where in all such features are displayed everytime a new user logs in, he can disable it should he choose to. Maybe all the users could chip in what they feel are the common questions asked and that could be used as a base so there would be no confusion.
