family comes first in all our human dealings, i mean the reason we all leave the comfort of our home everyday is to earn a living , to provide for our families, immediate or external. But on a personal note, my motivating factor as relates to why i work, is that sense of belonging that am part of a team set to achieve a set goal and objective, driven by values.
