1. He does nothing, but still has 50% chance that user wins and will pay him.
2. He is in contact with casino websites,some sort of referral program and gets bonus on money his clients lose. Furthermore,casinos may even be aware of his scam, and let user to win first time(if the amount of money is small) and then when stakes will be higher casino will win.

Every time you see someone saying he has a something working you guys react this way?
You work for the casinos and the system you created is 100% busting players? That's why you yell so sure nothing is working? Or why? I want to understand.The mod agreed with me.
Or, much more likely, he's pulling a long con, like alia: paying out 0.01 BTC, and then instantly asking for 1.2 Bitcoin. If someone sends that, the scammer disappears.
