I do not agree with you because participating in a bounty campaign is like joining ICO, but without investing your money, but instead, you invest your time in the project so you can expect what you will get, so it is not random or like a box of chocolate unless you join a random bounty campaign without doing any research about the project then, in this case, it is random.
