I think the winner of this year's World Cup will be won by Germany, because the German team has strong players and almost all of its players are in the big leagues of world football
I'm not trying to change your mind but, when was the last time that a NT won the World Cup back-to-back? back in the 60s...this tells us just how difficult it is to win two WC in a row in modern football.
Also, Germany isn't the only NT with top players in their squad, take a look at Spain, most of their players in the starting XI play in two of the biggest clubs in the world, Barcelona and Real Madrid. So, in terms of quality, there are several teams with the same (if not higher) quality players as Germany.
