Just look at the partners of IEXEC that alone clear everything and answers all questions. It is indeed best project in this space but people are not able to make difference among projects using price as standard. These are two different things valuation of any token and its current market price and real value come in time.
Hyped projects stay on top and also in terms of price and pump/dump. A better example of this would be EOS and TRX which are constantly being hyped.
I think that when iEx.ec. will fully launch its platform the price of the token RLC will begin to grow, since cloud computing is needed for many projects. Over the next year I think there will be many dapps that will use iEx.ec. Now it is very important to find strong partners. The team is moving in the right direction. The etherium also did not grow for a long time, until it was used.
