Good news for ETH and cryptos, as apparently ETH is not going to fall under the ICO umbrella in which a security license will be required for exchanges. Normally I would say this is bad news for XRP, but since Coinbase is applying for a securities license to trade ICO born coins.

This is part one to the end of the Bear market for a very long time, part two (for me anyway) is still Gox, which needs to end. When that is figured out - very good times ahead.
