If yes do I need to sell all alts and wait for rising BTC?

if you have two bitcoin and altcoin assets then do not sell your altcoin because it has two bitcoin assets and altcoin is your initial goal. but if you only have altcoin then the decision to sell your altcoin to switch to bitcoin is good.
