Adult are more matured, they are good in managing their emotion but kids can be too emotional.
This might lead to destroy their lives and will loss their focus on their priorities which is studies, I do not advise minor to gamble unless
with supervision of a parents.

Not sure of other cultures but in my country, if a child asks for parents permission to gamble even for 30 minutes, he will denied. That is the reason youngsters here do these things without the knowledge of their parents. Parents come to know about this only when they check the financial statements and notice something suspicious.

Exactly, it completely depend on the culture we are living because family members will consider negative about us if they know that we are gambling. They know how gambling is completely waste of time and chances of losing money is 100% in gambling.

Yes, but it is less up to tradition and more up to the mindset of a person. If a person thinks about its benefit and finding easy to make money while gambling then he will encourage others as well and other will follow his foot steps because they also want to make money. This is now an old tradition that people are against gambling and today the modern world want to get huge profit from it regardless of the negative aspects because all they need is to get profit. Gambling is legal in many countries and using as a source for making money.
