Try posting your articles here. I think Bitcointalk is a high quality forum and would definietly have merits to spare for good writers.
But the problem is, he has no good quality post and even what we can call "article" to provide. He's talking about his article that didn't even receive Merits and been forgotten but no such article in his posts really exist. Maybe it's just a "shitpost" (No offense).And there is only one true VOD; all imposters will be dealt with harshly 
Probably right. Whenever I see the name "Vod" around here in the forum. That guy licking his boob is the first thing that comes to my mind. All I'm trying to say is, Yes maybe they can create an account with the similar name. But as long as they can't wear the "guy licking his boob" picture, they are imposters for sure. It is if they can only wear it with a 5% chance to rank up to full member to wear an avatar 
BUT, something is different from the usual merit beggar
He has no signature and he is not doing airdrops/bounty stuff
It is either because he is a smart one, because he's begging for Merits first before participating any bounties so then he will be able to earn more money if he rank upHe has no signature and he is not doing airdrops/bounty stuff
Or
This account is a alt one and is trying to beg for Merits to send to his real one.
