On-line or off-line wallet, don't change anything, your passphrase to log in on a wallet is your private key, if you put it in an on-line wallet, or in a off-line wallet (downloaded the wallet for your computer) you will always find your coins.

It is also same to whats called a brain wallet. Its not as secure as the standard cryptocurrency wallet, but its secure enough if you know how to keep and manage your keys well.
quick question: what will happen if we don't upgrade to poc2 and keep mining in a non dymaxion pool? because from what i understood the coins will be the same. so what's the difference ?
If you have optimized PoC1 plots then you can still mine after the hard fork. For questions on speed in forging blocks, you should go to /r/burstcoin and ask the miners.
