Not strictly end, I would say. At least not until solid blockchain infrastructure and projects are build. Think about blockchain Facebook, blockchain PayPal, blockchain Google Drive parallels, that sort of projects. Probably ICOs will evolve in some way. In fact, they are already evolving. Evolution is just starting and I believe things would even get crazier than this. Lot of companies is fuelling their ideas easily with ICOs, and since it is a global market, it makes it easy for most of them to easily go through with it. We cannot rule out the fact that regulation and some governmental policies may actually end up affecting in a way though, but until then, before we know the impact that would have, I guess we are still in it.
