Unfortunately getting paid in ICO tokens is not a great source of instant money. It's a lot more difficult to sell tokens not on an exchange, as I'm sure you're aware of.
The best place to start looking for potential buyers is in their telegram group (this will be the best bet, as most of these people in the telegram will believe in the project - you should probably send a message to an admin first to make sure you'd be allowed to use the board to find a buyer, so you don't get banned). You will need to set your price under the ICO price (obviously), including any bonus the buyers get from buying directly from the ICO. This alone may make the transaction not worth it.
Once you have a buyer you will need an escrow service. Unfortunately, I have no experience in this field, so you should check google for some reliable service that works with ERC20 tokens.
You really need to consider if this will all be worth your time, it's extremely risky and you'll be selling at a very low price. I wish you luck though, it's always rough to be in a situation where you need money for emergencies.

i appreciate your kind reply. I believe the project and I know that it will worth more than I need when it's in the exchange. The ICO plans to be in an exchange by early of 2019 so a bit patience won't hurt anyone. I decided not to look for quick money as it will be hard to sell and worth less than half of its real price. So now everything is clear, i will keep conducting my current financial plan.
