Sure, the price on all gaming GPU's will come down another 15% to reach MSRP. At that price even with a 1080TI though unless you're heavily modding your ROI is still 11 months. Difficulty has risen almost 200% on all algorithms in the past 6 months. If you can show me a GPU that is at a 3 month ROI right now I'd be amazed. As much as it is great to remember the December bull run when 1080TI's were making $12 a day the fact of the matter is they make about $2, and the P102 is one of if not the most efficient GPU card on the market when at scale.
Thats my whole point, there arent any that will ROI in 3months and thats why people are waiting and that is why literally any card can be bought new off the shelf with no wait unlike what was going on 3,4,5 months ago when everyone was lucky to score a couple a week.  Stock is all back in and now the retailers will have no choice but to drop prices SUBSTANTIALLY since miners are just not buying right now and the gamers are getting what they want and some are waiting for the new Nvidia to come out. Summer is here so electrical costs are going up sharply so that is directly coupled to all the grand scheme.  One big waiting game and Im playing...waiting.

On the other hand there is blood in the streets and many miners are selling off cards or their whole rig(s). Used cards can be had for a fairly decent price.  RX 580 $200-$235.  1080, 1070, etc... even there its a used buyers market too although alot of room to come down there too.
