Yes, you are right. I agree if there is a regulation that becomes a legal policy for altcoin and ico which is useless. there are many altcoins that do not have a good price after entering the exchange, this makes many investors frustrated by being too tempted by promises and big bonuses. but the fact that most ico are just looking for a way to earn fast money.
